Permission Forms

Greetings all,

I've sent out all the forms to the people who have given me their e-mail addresses (except one person's whose I could not decipher) and included with the permission slips were additional forms, prompted by disorderly conduct at meetings. These additional consent forms are to maintain a suitable environs for all the members and should be signed by member and parent/guardian alike. ALL the members need to have the consent forms turned in, if not the permission forms (for those under 16) to be admitted at the next meeting.
